Soul Rebels grew out of Stéphane Delphin’s long-standing interest in Jamaican Dancehall culture and his research into Jamaica’s Afro-Jamaican religious traditions. The documentary explores the connections between these spiritual traditions, popular culture and the musical evolution that led to modern Dancehall.
